my toyota camry 2006 will crank but will not stay on?

I recently removed the the aftermarket alarm it had. i also had a new key made. I have a clue being that the aftermarket might be the cause for my toyota cranking but not staying on.

Did this engine start up and run WITH the aftermarket alarm installed? Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine did run?
