Toyota Camry won't start with new battery

I just replaced the battery. Dashboard lights come on, but the engine will not
attempt to turn over. The alternator tested fine.

If it’s new enough the security system is activated due to main power loss. Shut down procedure is in the owners manual.

Make sure the batt. terminals are tight . Depending on the year/make a memory saver might have been needed .
