audi a6 matrix display problem goes off and blurred

how to fix the matrix display, help.

hey steven, i worked at an audi dealer for 3 years, and you cant really fix them, basically the soddering points for the screen on the back of the control board come loose it looses the screen. however i have not seen this done in person but i have heard of guys taking the cluster out and resodering the 4 points on the back of it. But let me go ahead and say, taking the cluster out isnt easy. At an audi dealer they will sell you a whole new cluster that cost over $300.
