You can get a " hotter plug " But if there's an oil problem that won't really fix it .

Simple answer is no. A hotter plug might work for a while but eventually the engine is going to need fixed or even replaced. If your going to try a hotter spark plug then put in a Champion truck plug, it will only be a copper plug but it will be cheaper than the iridium plugs you have now as you will have to keep changing it due to oil fouling.
