We have ethylene glycol as our coolant....some are 50/50 glycol/de-ionized water....some have anti-bubbling agents in there...PEAK, Prestone, Xerex Dexcool....alll are pretty much the same...I'd look at cost here...unless you insist on enivironmental Propylene Glycol which is non-toxic~....must be changed frequently with the PET-safe stuff~
must be dex cool.. if you switch you must thoughly drain the dex- cool out.
Use the dex. It doesn't thicken with age (plug up your radiator). It is good for 5 years. It is what GM recommends for the car.
I still don’t know know what to use.

Use any kind. Flush first and DeX cool does has clogged my heater core.
Im using green considerate. coolant for my bucik lesebre and its overheating got a new radiator and water pump ... Still overheating is it because i put green coolant
