No it's a 2012 plate it went off the other week but when I got in the next day it came back on but now it has gone off and won't come back on just wondering if there was a way to switch it on in the settings but can't find anything

The MMI system has many modules that can fail not allowing the system to work. It is very complex and not something you can do in your driveway without the proper electronic equipment. Find someone locally who has a VCDS VAG COM. Run the Fiber Optic test under Applications. Then run it using both the standard and 3 dB settings. Maybe it can be one of the fiber connections in your MOST ring? If you don't know of anyone, a trip to your local Audi dealer service department can get it working again.
