I have a 2005 honda accord hybrid, my key is not
turning over..i tried turning the steering wheel left
and right to see if i can turn it over to start but still
nothing. Key is stuck on 0. What can be the
problem here and how much to get it fix?

Your key has probably warn,meaning not alining with the cylinder,do you have a second key?If not you may have to have one made to fix your issue.
