What is the recomended oil for a 2006 VW beetle?

Is it suggested that an oil flush be done for 70,000 miles when oil changes are done every
3,000 miles? and what type oil should be used?

what happen to the 5w40 synthetic recommended for this car the dealer recommend to use it if you dont know what you are doing take it to the dealer they check the ignition coils for free
