what causes jetta four 1,6engine to loose power during acceleratio and back fire when it reaches 1,5rev/min.?

it causes spark plugs to have a black thin layer of carbon as if its over flooding and a black auxhaust gas comes out. it idles good problem starts when accelerating. i fitted a new petrol pump,timing belt and spark plugs but it is still doing the same thing.
