Are the Acura Serpentine Belt and Timing Belt the same thing

No they are not, they are two separate belts. One is an external belt that drives the power steering, the A/Cond, and sometimes drives the water pump. The timing Belt drives the Camshaft and the water pump from the Crankshaft.
