My security light is on and my car won't start

I only have one gray key to my 2001 PT.  Now my car won't start and the security light is on and a clicking/buzzing sound but  my car won't start.  We have tried to disconnect the battery, locking and unlocking the doors and hatch.  Still nothing.  Lights, radio, locks all work.

Skim reader needs programmed or key need reprogrammed . Dodge or chrysler only you need a DBR to access security system

How do you completely this activate the alarm system in a 2002 PT Cruiser the little red light in the center of speedometer does not quit flashing my PT Cruiser doesn't even have an ignition I need to override it to have it started any advice
