I have a 2004 land rover discovery that has ran hot on me I've changed the thermostat and radiator what else could it be could the heater cord be bagged up please help

Have you checked to see if your fans are kicking on? Do you have one or two fans that mount to the radiator? Make sure if you have dual fans, they both are operating. If you are getting heat, your heater core is fine.
