Werid jerking sound when transmission from 3 to 4

My name is Andy, from Hong Kong, my car is 2006 E91, it is import used car. No matter I am using D, DS or M+/- , when shifting from 3 to 4, there is a werid jerking sound, and I feel the car is a bit pull and then go, and all other shifting are very smooth, no problem, is there any possible problem ? Thanks !!

I would do a tranny filter and fluid change to see if that helps. Who knows when that may have been in the past. BMW's are the best but do need love and care to stay that way.
