the pressure sensors in the air conditioning system are not something you can change at home, the refrigerant in the air conditioning system has to be removed from the system in order to replace the sensor and it is illegal to vent into the atmosphere. take it to an air conditioning specialist to get the sensor replaced. bypassing the sensor could cause a system failure down the road maybe even more expensive than paying to get the sensor replaced.
