LOOKING TO PURCHASE A 122-WHAT IS THE EXPERIENCE REGARDING THE COMMON RUST AREAS AND DIFFICULTY TO REPAIR?

Floor pans gone; spare tire holder bottom gone. No headliner, dash cracked and shrunken, etc, etc. We were gone. I told my son if the owner would give us a $1000, we would take it. Thanks for your advice Tom.
