Opel Astra GTC 1.6 Turbo - NO COMPRESSION

Good day,

I recently had my Opel Astra GTC 1.6 engine completely re built and now for
some reason it has absolutely no compression at all. everything on the motor is
brand new. What could be the cause?

Then somebody messed up big time during the rebuild.
