odometer broke. fuses ok. now what?

2003 Safari, just went black. check engine light always on. just replaced f pump, plugs, wires, dist cap, coil, rotor. van starts.....now

I wish it it was a bulb. no odometer digital reading, speedometer needle on 0mph, and fuel tank reads 3/4 tank and does not move up or down.
