new pins and bushing installed in drivers door, how do we align

the door sags at the rear of door and the body lines don't line up

I usually put a jack under the latch side of the door (put a rag or block of wood between the jack and door) .. jack it up enough to take the weight off the hinges ... loosen the hinge bolts and see if you can't find the original position ... then trial+error
