I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GTS 1.8. I am not getting voltage to the cam shaft sensor. What should I do? Car cranks but will not start. I changed the cam shaft sensor, fuel pump, and fuel sensor. Car stopped working after a new radio system was put in car.

That is the problem,if it had factory radio, and you installed another radio,it set the anti theft device off in your car, which disabled it from cranking,re- install factory radio, and hopefully solve the cranking issue, then go get the proper, module to go with your after market radio,so your car will accept it and crank.

is there a way to turn off the anti-theft device to work around it?

You can by the module, that has to be installed with aftermarket radio, there is no way to by pass the security,it is built in to the ecm.
