Can I have my leased Infiniti repaired at a body shop of my choice or do I have to report to Infiniti body shop? I was hit, not at fault. I notified police & the insurance of the person who hit me.

yes, you can pick who fixes it- go out and get an estimate where you want it fixed and make sure you contact your insurance company too so they know and can help you if the other company gives you trouble. yes, the accident will be on the carfax already if there was a police report filed (as it should be). Just worry about getting it fixed right so you can get back to enjoying it. I hope this helps.
