Help...

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My husband has an 04 Silverado, We just had to
have the transmission rebuilt, and now it's spitting
and sputtering. We put new spark plugs and wires,
all new coil packs and the plugs on the left side are
already black while the ones on the right are normal,
and while giving it gas it blows a cloud of black
smoke. We called the transmission company to be
sure they didn't pinch a wire harness, and was told
no.... please help... not sure where to go from here?
