I have a 2005 Silverado Dooley 6.6 L engine
replaced the fuel filter and a pump all of the air out
of the fuel line but it still is losing pressure how do I
fix it

That's a beast of a truck. Nice. You might have a fuel pressure regulator failing. I'm not familiar with this engine but look under the hood along the fuel line for the fuel pressure regulator and pressure test it. Check the vacuum line there.
