how to restart computer

you cant restart a computer,eather its working or not,if its not it needs replaceing.did you have a scan done and it showed nothing,if so computer is bad.

Sorry I gave a bad answer, there really isn't enough info to go off of. If the computer is not running papa is definitely right. Once a computer is shot its shot and you would need to check the scrap yards or find a new OEM computer. Disconnecting the battery only resets the computer.
