a 95 cavalier doesnt have a timing belt.the price of the waterpump will depend on which engine you have2.2 l or2.4l.The 2.2l pump is fairly inexpensive and simple to change while the 2.4l pump is more expensive and quite alot more complicated and time consuming to change.

The timing chain set would cost around 100 dollars, and water pump about 30 bucks. So If you add labor i would say around 200-300 total.
