Optispark!! I've got the same car and I have a 94 and both of them the rotor has come apart inside the distributor. I've replaced both of mine with msd cap and rotors. Not a fun project being you have to remove water pump and harmonic balancer. I also changed timing chain and seals and gaskets on timing chain cover. Might as well being your that far into it
