96 chevy astro van blower fan. continues to run even after van is off and key removed. It has a 3 speed fan switch. I have pulled the relay under hood but continues to run. finally unplugged blower motor. Is there something I haven't looked at? Fuses all appear fine.

It is usually the blower motor resistor that goes bad, and causes this.
