Fuel is not reaching the injectors in my 97 Chevy Tahoe 1500 Vortex. How can I fix this problem?

97 Chevy Tahoe starts with starting fluid, ether, so I see from your earlier
answers that the fuel is not reaching the injectors. How can I fix this ?
