Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Any tips for a intermittent horn while you turn the steering wheel. Also if the wheel is in a straight line the horn is alright, except when you turn the wheel horn if pressed remains on even after releasing the switch.Sometimes horn remains on all night and have to pull the 15 amp fuse to prevent draining of battrey.
Also Starter cranks hard even after starter and battrey replacement. All this have occured at the same time.Any serious advise would be great to pinpoint the exact location.

the problem is the airbag module or the clock spring connecting the airbag and horn assembly electrically to the car. probably the clock spring if its intermittent. as far as the cranking hard? do you mean cranking slowly or sounds like rough engagement or starter drive???
