Is this a split year for Idler arm parts?

Is this a split year on blazers as far as parts? I got an idler
arm from parts store and it wont fit? Any suggestions

There are two idler arms for your vehicle. One designed for RWD and one for AWD. You got the wrong one. Take it back to the part store to swap it.
