1965 Ply. Fury with new master brake cly. but brake peddle goes to the floor

Did you bleed brakes properly? Could be a bad brake wheel cylinder. Could be a leak in a line. Could be new master cylinder is bad especially if its a reman and has sat on a stock shelf for a long time.
