how do i resit air bag light on 1999 chevy taho

An airbag light on that model should not have to be reset.. This light coming on indicates a problem that needs to be repaired, an open circuit or malfunctioning part in the system may be the culprit. A scan should be performed by a qualified technician.

Take it to a Dealer.... or a shop that can PROVE they know air-bag systems, many mechanics don't. i.e. be less concerned about just turning the light off than finding out what is wrong and fix it. A fault has been detected and one of the possibilities is for them to deploy when not supposed to. A qualified professional can disable them if you don't have the money to get it fixed, but I don't know if that's even legal
