im looking at a 1973 Barracuda which now has a 383 - 335 HP motor, factory ac completly new interior and fresh paint. car is very clean and runs great aksing price is 14K is this a good buy?

Actually yes it is unless its a rust bucket. You should take a magnet with you to check for bondo but otherwise if it runs good go for it!
