My stock 99 Malibu battery is not charging while it is started

My malibu has went through  3 batteries  in
two weeks but it only doses it when the car
is started any ideas

Mine was doing this , I took it to AutoZone and my battery was great! I started my car and it showed my alternater is going bad. Pretty bad being my car only was 59xxx miles on it and a 2014..
