Shuts off

I have a 1999 Chevy cavalier and when It slows Down stops
at ..like red lights stop using.. driving slow..or down hill the
car turns off.. just engine.

Check and change air filter if needed clean throttle with throttle body cleaner and add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank.
