1999 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L V6 Replaced CPI, fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel hoses but now the vehicle will not start. No gas to cpi unit. Do I need to bleed the system?

Replaced CPI, fuel filter, fuel pump, and fuel hoses.  Unit will not start.  Doesn't appearing to be getting fuel to cpi unit.   Do I need to bleed the fuel system?

Hi my name José, I got a 1999 chevy s10 4.3l the truck had same gaskets problem but I replaced all the gaskets on the engine and i put a new spark plugs, wires the spark plugs, new exhaust headers and I put everything back together and I tried to crank it up and it cranks but it doesn't start the engine what you think I should do?
