84 Toronado,signals/hazrds and brake lights on exterior not working. When i signal the coresponding dash light comes on but does not blink. please help

Sounds like bad relays for the hazards and blinkers. I'd check the fuse for the brake lights. If brake light fuse is good, test the brake peddle switch up under the dash on top of the brake peddle. If you have power there, I'd get a test light and start at the back and start probing the wires. Could be a bad ground, bulbs, sockets, or a broken wire.
