Runs Hot had sensor T-stat and water pump put on
still runs hot also shuts it self off

No CEL? If it's shutting off due to a sensor input should leave a trouble code. If you're certain you have good cooling system flow, and rad, tstat, and water pump are all good, check rad cap for cracks or loss of seal, same with degas bottle. Should also test coolant with Block Tester, see if chance of a head gasket causing overheating.

It's blowing water out the exhaust it's the head gasket do u think it could have a cracked head
