where can i find a steering wheel

Typically, they are mounted on the end of the steering column; between the leading edge of the driver's seat, and the instrument panel. On this model they are nearly transparent, so you might have missed it: look for the big ugly chrome thing that resembles the shell that baby mirrored disco balls are hatched from (it has a clear plastic cap with the word "Chrysler" on it) it is usually in the center of the steering wheel, surrounded by peeling slivers of real wood almost 1/78th of an inch thick !!! They sure don't build 'em like they used to.
