Dear Diana-- The federal government(www.fueleconomy.gov) says a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer, 2WD, with automatic transmission will get 16 mpg. in the city and 22 mpg. on the highway. The gas tanks hold 18 gallons (except the LS-2 door AWD which has a 19 gallon tank.) I hope this helps. Good luck from Bovan.
