The only way to know for sure is to pick up a body or parts manual, which would cost money. (You might get lucky and find copies online fore free, check Scribd or Archive.org.) Otherwise just go to any auto parts store for body panel fasteners - Napa has a great selection, and use whatever you have available to reattach the grille.
