The bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75 (also known as 5 x 4 3/4 inches) This is an EXTREMELY common bolt pattern. 18 and 20 inch wheels are easy to find in this bolt pattern. You can even get 22, 24, and 26 inch wheels to fit this car if you have lifted the car enough for the wheels to clear the fenders.

Is this the same bolt pattern on the 1978 cutlass supreme?(i think, but i'm not shure) thanks

you have a point but you forgot to mention rotation mass or force. the bigger the wheel the more weight spinning the more harm done to the drivetrain and frame. do your homework before you get bigger wheels. if a balljoint goes it can cost as much as a grand per side to get the car back on the road.
