Engine rotates but doesn't start. Changed distributor,radar,plugs,fuel filter still nothing

I don't know much about this vehicle but a trick to find out if it is fuel, is to remove the air intake and spray carburetor cleaner/throttle body cleaner (see picture) into the throttle body. This spray is flammable and when sprayed into the engine while it is being cranked it will start the engine for a few seconds if your problem is fuel. If it doesn't do anything, your problem is most likely related to a missing spark as Tom stated.
