I have a 77 cutlass supreme brougham....really
good shape. Except the bumpers....they're pitting
and have some rust holes. Does anyone know
where i can find new/repop ones?

Try Hemmings auto parts section. It's a real long shot tho. You may try looking into getting your rechromed after rust repairs. I've had good success with that and best of all you won't have problems with fitment issues.
