i have the a 1990 buick lesabre custom so it's close to yours but my fuse box is located to the left of the base of the steering column behind the fake wooden panel. if you continue to the left on the outside of the dashboard there should be a little black button that will take the paneling off giving you accsess to your fuse box. let me kno if you have questions
