Is it possible to put my LT1 engine
& auto tranny from my 94 camaro
into a 1962 Olds F-85 ?

Sure, it is possible. Shops do 'resto-mods' all the time. In addition to possibly modifying the engine mounts, you will need to incorporate part of the wiring harness and computer for the engine. It will be a lot of work.
