2002 Chevy Silervado 1500(with a 4inch lift)getting death wobbles at 40-45 mph.

Balanced the tires. last time it happened was over a month and half ago..what can I do?

It seems to happen in jeeps, but I think this information reply to any vehicle that is lifted. http://www.jeepproblems.com/trends/death- wobble/

Your vehicle has been modified/lifted- you will have to find a mechanic who can deal with custom vehicles- but my guess would be to check steering dampers-
