After a lot of things were replaced. Why does my vehicle still have rough idle?

Asked by Jenna Jun 05, 2020 at 12:11 AM about the 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced my distributor, spark plugs, mass air
flow, throttle position sensor, all 02 sensors, ac
compressor and my truck still has a rough idle. The
vehicle sputters and stalls when ac is turned on.
Help please.

2001 that should have individual coils not a distributor and are you sure you are not down a cyl?
