I have a 2002 chevy trailblazer and air only comes threw defrost no matter where i turn nob.What can l do to fix this?

Mechanical or electric? If electric, it may be a switch or bad connection.
Its electric.What switch might it be and where is it located?
There should be a control knob with or where your heating system is that directs air to the defrosters, to the upper air ducts, to the floor, or splits the air between the floor and upper dash vents. That would be the switch to check. Make sure it is showing air to the upper dash vents. Usually it is a person sitting in a chair and an arrow pointing at his chest. It also could be a knob that indicates air direction.
