after changing the battery in my silverado, the radio and alarm doesn't work. How do I fix this?

how do I get my radio and alarm working again after changing the battery?  I'm being
told that I need a code.................where do I get this?

Go google radio code,s for your truck,

Or just contact you local Government Motors dealership. But first, look in your owners manuel if you still have it.

Should reset when radio code,is entered.

Twarfield each vehicle code is different... you must follow a procedure to get the code BEFORE disconnecting battery or anything. You will have to call a toll free number and enter the codes to get ANOTGER code.... Then afterwards you follow another procedure to enter that code into radio to unlock it.

I changed battery in my 2005 Silverado now it’s stuck in 4H and will not go in 2H any suggestions? Everything was working fine before so. Also have NO indicator light on dash saying service 4wd
