Car not getting no power to coil packs and fuel pump

They change the map censor to the 2002
chevy malibu, twice, add gas cause the car
ran out of gas, now there's no power going
to the coil packs and fuel pump, what could
be causing that

Ignition relay or big ignition fuse. Find the fuse first, it will be bigger than those tiny ones. If it is not burnt out, swap the IGN relay with another compatible relay.
